Welcome to Down Home Eats and Simple Treats. I started this blog with the intentions of putting myself out there and open my world of cooking. I’ve spent a lot of time reading other blogs and trying recipes out so I figured I would share my finding with others.
As you can tell I live in the the country. I’m from Wellington and my husband and I are Mechanical Engineers. So the tractors you may see on this site are tractors both my husband and I restored. I live a pretty interesting life so I’m not just going to chronicle my journey in the kitchen but I will also talk about my dog, my small farm, tractors, racecars, what what ever else gets me up and moving through the day.
